Lubricants vs. Moisturizers: There's a Difference

One you use during sex. The other is daily skincare for down there.

The quick explanation
Lubricants (water- or silicone-based) reduce friction during sex. Vaginal moisturizers (used 2–3x/week regardless of activity) hydrate tissue. Both can be combined with vaginal estrogen.
Why this matters
Comfort and pleasure aren't optional. Tools exist — use them without apology.
Tiny action step
If sex feels uncomfortable, try a silicone-based lube AND a 2x/week vaginal moisturizer for 30 days.
